South African delivery options include The Courier Guy (delivery to door), Pudo (delivery to locker or door) and PostNet2PostNet.

DELIVERY TIME & DAYS:
If you need your order to be delivered urgently, please select The Courier Guy as we can prioritise delivery for 1-2 days in most areas.
Pudo and Postnet generally take 3-5 days.
If your movements are unpredictable, go for:
- PostNet2PostNet - you can collect from them during office hours and on Saturdays
- Pudo delivery to locker - collect from your nearest locker within 36hours of receiving the PIN code. Lockers are open 24hrs
If you are home or office based during the day, select delivery to door from The Courier Guy or Pudo. Note that they deliver Monday to Friday during office hours. They do not deliver after hours, on weekends or public holidays.
Please carefully consider your delivery address for a location where there will be someone around to receive delivery. We can try to time dispatch from us for delivery to you on a day when someone will be present to meet the courier.
Note that the couriers cannot call you in advance to tell you when they will be arriving. Their schedule varies according to areas, traffic and the amount of collections and deliveries that they have to do. You can track delivery online so you'll know the day they are delivering but not when during the day. You will need to just be around.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INSURANCE ON PARCELS
We have an account with The Courier Guy and as such each parcel that we send with them is automatically insured. Risk lies with the courier while the parcel is in transit to you.
Pudo's service is cheaper than The Courier Guy because parcels are uninsured. While the risk of anything happening to packages is low, things can and do happen to courier loads (accidents / hi-jacking). While we are happy to send with Pudo, a service operated by The Courier Guy, note that risk transfers to you once we place the goods into the Pudo locker.
INTERNATIONAL
We use a DHL service for international deliveries. Rates vary by region and the size and weight of the package. We will quote you directly for all international orders received.
